Junior Character Texture Artist

Responsibilities
- Texturing of 3D characters and props based on instructions, in a style that’s appropriate to the project’s requirements, and according to the project’s technical specifications.
Requirements
- Experience in fine arts, technical and theoretical knowledge needed (drawing, painting, shape, light/shadow, color theory, composition, etc)
- Good eye for detail, good visual analytical skills
- Must be able to work creatively in a self-directed manner
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Good working knowledge of Maxon Body Paint
- Portfolio of texturing works
Pluses
- Education in fine arts and/or professional training
- Knowledge of 3D shading
- Good working knowledge of Mari, Mudbox and/or Pixologic Zbrush
- Previous experience in CG or in movie making
- Experience in texturing
