Tasks

  • Operatively supporting the manager’s line of work (organizing meetings, welcoming guests,calendar management )
  • Creating summaries, sheets and reports
  • Managing the travels of the CEO
  • Arranging and supervising conferences and conference calls
  • Composing official letters in English and Hungarian
  • Translation tasks
  • Prioritizing letters and emails
  • Daily use of in-house communication systems
  • Managing, registering and organizing documents

Expectations

  • University degree
  • Native Hungarian
  • High level, active, fluent English language skills
  • Experience in a similar line of work
  • Excellent organizational skills, priority-management, need for accuracy, keeping track of deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point user knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork, proactivity
  • Discretion
